What is Damiana Leaf?
Damiana is a wild shrub that grows in Mexico, Central America, and the West Indies. The leaf and stem are used to make medicine.
The dried leaves are thought to have an aphrodisiac effect for both males and females. This means they are used to improve sexual wellness. Today, in addition to its health benefits as an herbal supplement, the dried leaves of the plant are also used to make a tea infusion.
