Gymnema Leaf (Gymnema sylvestre) is a plant native to Africa, India and Australia. Some studies have shown that this plant may play a role in helping to reduce high blood sugar levels and actually reduce your craving for sugar overall. Gymnema is typically used in Ayurvedic medicine to support wellness.
