The content of the capsules is colored white, and the capsules are average in size but a bit longer. The capsules are fragile and VERY sensitive to he
...at. I had two in the stove top close to away from the burner but the capsules began to degrade. There's no strong scent, taste or aftertaste. I didn't want this product to soften my stool. I bought this product to avoid the magnesium-related deficiencies that I was experiencing. It didn't upset my stomach.
I'm not sure if this product is as effective as another type of magnesium, magnesium glycinate of another brand. I probably will repurchase but I'm not sure yet. For the price, I did get multiple servings of magnesium that over a hundred percent in the recommended daily allowance.

...ferent types of magnesium and you may have to shop around for what works best for you. Be aware that the oxide citrate and other forms of magnesium I'll have their advantages and drawbacks and how much you have to take how readily it is absorbed and how likely it is to cause any gastric upset. The pricing for this all natural brand seems a little higher than others but it's effectiveness is well worth it for me.

... on all kinds of prescriptions from a neurologist for YEARS and they only got worse. I know it's not 100% because you may not be magnesium deficient but it's not expensive and if you have migraines I bet you are willing to try just about anything. It drops my blood pressure a bit so maybe check with your doctor if you have issues there but honestly, just try it. I know it sounds like crazy hippy stuff but it really changed my life literally within like a week of starting it. I really hope someone sees this and it helps them, I just want to tell everyone haha!

I have felt guilty for years about not regularly taking the calcium supplements recommended by various doctors, but calcium makes me sick to my stomac
...h. This is the only calcium supplement I have found that doesn’t make me feel nauseated. The down side to this product is that it takes FOUR capsules to get 500 mg calcium/250 mg magnesium. So that’s 8-12 capsules a day depending on your dose. And I learned to swallow them one at a time because when I tried to swallow two together they fused in my throat and would NOT go down and eventually triggered my gag reflex, also unpleasant. But—I still like it better than any other supplement I found and I like the fact that it is algae based and not from rocks. I have already reordered it.
