...gh my 3rd trimester. I would take 4-6 tablets per day depending on if I also had the tea that day. I went into labor 8 days before my due date and had very effective contractions. My labor was only 5 hours start to finish. I truly think this helped my contractions work better to dilate me quickly. Pushing was also a breeze and she was out in 2 pushes. **This was my second baby so I'm sure that had something to do with it too. But with my son I had a16 hour labor and 45 minutes of pushing so this was a much much better experience.

... the bleeding. I have a mirena and it tends to make me spot for a few days after my period, so I would drink the tea a few days before and it would keep the bleeding light and short. I though capsules would be more economical than teabags, so I took two twice a day after i gave birth to my fourth son to reduce the post partum bleeding and will probably take two a day during periods since I chose to go with a mirena again. I wish I'd thought to take them throughout my third trimester since I had an induction with no pain meds, but i don't doubt the ladies who say it helped them, because they really are great!
