Nature's Bounty Vitamin D3 25 µg (1000 IU) food supplement contains vitamin D, the same form that is naturally produced in the body underneath the skin, as a result of exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D3 contributes to several important functions in the body including regulating the amount of calcium and phosphate needed to keep bones and teeth healthy.
SUGGESTED USE: For adults, take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
