I give 1 tablet to my 2 1/2 yr old (weight - 40 lbs) each day. At first she didn't like the gritty texture (they are like Flintstones vitamins).
...So I either mashed them up and put it in her food... or just broke it in half and let her chew them in smaller pieces.
After 1 week , she was chewing whole tablets. She actually requests her vitamins (she also receives the grape multi-vitamin and DHA gel-tabs). I recommend this product to anyone with a child who refuses to eat vegetables... or who (like me) has a child who always ate veggies but is going through that "picky" stage.
