I have been taking the capsules for years now but they were out of stock when I needed more so I thought I would try these. I can eat most things but
...these I cannot stomach. They are not berry flavoured they are blood flavoured with a hint of berry. I can’t even contemplate having another. Waste of money and really disappointing. Thank goodness the capsules are back in stock now!

Ok so I’ve suffered with iron deficiency for years and years and when it’s really bad I get the awful need to crunch and eat Ice!! It’s not fatt
...ening I know so happy got small mercies but it’s embarrassing when u are in a queue at Tesco and u r next to the freezer section and yearning to get at that ice!! It’s ridiculous!!! So if u have that symptom the chances r u r deficient in Iron
So don’t take the cheap rubbish your dr prescribes it will make you worse if u r like me ..... it’s not a natural form of iron and it mucks up your insides and you feel really ill ..... so always opt for a natural iron with vitamin b and c added ( this one )
So as well as feeling exhausted I also have terrible thread veins in my legs but since taking this I have noticed them gradually fading which is a massive bonus!!!
