I suffer from vitamin D deficiency and resulting low bone density. It wasn't the best diagnosis given that I was only in my 20's at the time
.... I had massive vitamin D injections and saw a mild improvement in my bone density, but when I started taking this supporting vitamin K things really started to improve. I've not stopped taking it since, I can't think how many pots of the stuff I've had. Together with the vitamin D and a weight lifting program to encourage my body to lay down more bone I now have a normal bone density. The quality is consistent and the capsules do not irritate my gut (I also have colitis) which is a bonus as many veggie capsules do.
