My doctor recommended Arnica cream as I often get bruises from self injecting daily medication, and it doesn't look nice having marks all over my
... arms and legs.
I noticed that I started bleeding a lot more after injecting, once I had been using the cream for a few weeks.
I did not realise that this is a side effect of the Arnica cream or tablets.
Even though it was helping to fade my bruises quicker, I was getting an undesired side effect of using it.
I gave 3/5 stars due to this problem.
I will still use the cream but probably only once in a while, rather than frequently.

I bruise super easy. I wish I had known about this stuff long ago. I have had bruises take up to 6 months to clear. Most common bruises for me to take
... a month to 3 months to go away. I was shocked to see them disappear in just over 10 days. Smaller bruises in 3–4 days. I can't even relate how happy this makes me feel. I worry what people think when they see the bruises on my arms or legs. But because of the medication I am on, the slightest bump into something leaves a mark. And an overdramatic one at that.

I wasn’t really expecting much from this cream to be honest, but after getting a large deep red/purple bruise around my eye, I decided why not try i
...t…
That was 5 days ago and my bruise is now almost completely gone other than a few bits of yellow left that are hardly noticeable.
I think I might have helped speed things up by putting a pack of frozen peas (wrapped in a tea towel) on my eye for 10 mins each time, for multiple times a day during the first two days, then applying this cream a few times a day whenever I could, especially before bed.
It smells ok, not a very strong smell of anything which was good as I don’t think many would find it offensive, and I didn’t have any issues with it being placed really near my eye. No stinging or any nasty issues.
Overall, great stuff. So good, that I’ll be buying some in to keep in the cupboards just in case needed - Highly recommend
