Directions for Use
Massage one pump into smooth skin areas such as wrists, inner arms, thighs, throat, abdomen, or chest, once or twice daily. Rotate applications between these areas. Premenopausal women: Use 14 days prior to menstruation, discontinue and repeat. Menopausal women: Use for 21 days, discontinue for 7 days, and repeat.
