What are the Nutri Advanced 5HTP Capsules Used For?
The Nutri Advanced 5HTP Capsules help tp support mood or sleep cycles naturally. 50mg of 5-HTP per capsule is provided which is naturally sourced from the seeds of the plant Griffonia simplicifolia.
It is important to maintain levels of serotonin within our body as low levels are associated with health issues such as low mood, disruptions to our sleep and difficulty in maintaining a healthy weight.
What is 5-HTP?
5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is naturally produced within our body from the amino acid Tryptophan. This is used to produce serotonin, a chemical messenger involved in nerve cell signalling. Serotonin is also converted into melatonin in the body which is an essential neurotransmitter which regulates our sleep-wake cycles.

How to take Nutri Advanced 5HTP Capsules:
1-2 capsules daily, or as directed.
Up to 600mg per day may be taken, although loose stools may result from higher doses.
For children, the dosage of 5-HTP should be reduced from the adult dose to 20mg for every 10kg of body weight.
This capsule can be opened and sprinkled onto food.
