Nutri Advanced Folate Tablets provide folate as 5-methyl tetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) which is ahighly absorbable form.
Folate, functioning as a coenzyme, plays a vital role in supporting other enzymes in the body, notably contributing to normal homocysteine metabolism. Elevated levels of homocysteine can have implications for cardiovascular health and cognitive function.
