Clinical Research:
The strains in this supplement are from the Lactobacillus genus, which should be dominant in a healthy vaginal microbiome (approx. 95%). Lactobacillus reuteriRC-14® and Lactobacillus rhamnosusGR-1®have been extensively researched side-by-side for bacterial vaginosis, UTIs and thrush. Lactobacillus paracaseiF-19® has also been trialled and found to improve vaginal pH and odour in those with vaginosis, maintaining relief even 3 months after the end of treatment. For Women is often recommended to manage the symptoms of thrush, cystitis and BV, as well as discouraging their reoccurrence.
Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. If desired, or professionally directed, can be increased to 2 capsules aday. Can be taken intensively or on an ongoing basis.
