Directions for use:
Suitable from 4 years+ with the following recommendations: Take 1 sachet daily for 7 consecutive days, or asfrequently as desired, preferably with breakfast.P our an inch of water into a tall glass, leaving plenty of room for swirling. Shake the sachet, then gradually sprinkle thec ontents into the glass of water. Swirl the water around to ensure the powder fully dissolves before drinking. It is highly recommended that One Week Flat is taken for 7 consecutive days. This course can be taken occasionally e.g. monthly, or on an ongoing basis as desired.
Optibac One Week Flat does not require refrigeration.
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C and out of direct sunlight.
