Directions for use:

Shake the sachet, then gradually sprinkle thec ontents into the glass of water. Swirl the water around to ensure the powder fully dissolves before drinking. It is highly recommended that One Week Flat is taken for 7 consecutive days. This course can be taken occasionally e.g. monthly, or on an ongoing basis as desired.

Optibac One Week Flat does not require refrigeration.
