OSIMAGNESIUM Oil +OptiMSM is from the 250 million year old, ancient Zechstein seabed, delivers a large amount of elemental magnesium into the body topically, by penetrating the skin.
How to use: For daily use, this spray is best used after a bath or shower when the pores are open to aid absorption into the skin. Spray 5-10 sprays onto clean unbroken skin, and massage in. Note on initial application you may experience a slightly tingling or itchy sensation. Skin can be towelled or washed off 20 minutes after massaging in.Reapply as needed.5ml provides 257mg elemental magnesium and 312mg OptiMSM.
