OSI Magnesium Muscle Relax Bath Flakes:
Using the OSI Magnesium bath flakes is a very effective and relaxing way to increase your body's magnesium levels.
Add the flakes in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer. With Eucalyptus Essential Oil for added benefit.

How to use OSI Magnesium Muscle Relax Bath Flakes:
For foot bath: Add 150-200g (a cup) flakes in warm (not hot!) water and enjoy it for 20 minutes or longer if desired.
For a bath soak: Add 25-300g (two cups) flakes in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer.
It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week.
