Q10 Ubiquinol is also known as Pharma Nord's Bio-Ubiquinol Active QH. BioActive Q10 contains coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinol (active Q10), which may benefit elderly people or individuals with impaired digestion who are less able to absorb supplemental Q10 in its ubiquinone form (normal Q10).

How much should you take?
Pharma Nord recommends 1-3 capsules per day of Q10 ubiquinol supplements, or as directed by a physician. Preferably taken in split doses and best taken with food to enhance absorption.
