I started this product because I'd read that it is helpful for lubricating dry mucous membranes. It does seem to help & a knock-on effect on
...facial skin has been that it feels a bit less dry, which is always a good thing as I am post-menopause. I take 2 capsules a day, sometimes I do a week with just 1 a day, before returning to the full dose. This is a big box so it lasts well & is cheaper than the prices I have seen on the high street.

...s as I am deaf and have menieres. Since taking it my symptoms have been more manageable. Omega 7 was recommended to me and we have been using it for the last 6 months.
