How to use Rheal Superfoods Shroom Coffee
Add your 1tsp serving to a cup with a sweetener (if desired). Top with hot water and mix in a splash of milk, or enjoy black.
Alternative 1: Add your 1tsp serving to a cup or glass, and add a sweetener (if desired). Pour in a splash of hot water and mix well until dissolved. Add plenty of ice to let the coffee cool slightly before adding roughly 200ml of milk.

I was sceptical at first, and I waited a long time and read a lot of reviews before taking the plunge and buying this coffee. Why did I wait?! This is
... smooth delicious coffee with a lovely earthy tone which doesn't overpower. It's also not bitter which I find some main-stream coffee blend can be and also doesn't drop you on your butt when the caffeine starts to wear off.
I would totally give this coffee 5 stars, although the price is, in my opinion, a little high, so 4 stars :)

After watching a recent documentary on

The flavour is fantastic (from someone who would refuse to drink instant coffee even if it's all there is left on offer). I have completely lost my caffeine addiction and often forget to have one of these during a morning and then treat myself in the afternoon.
I was drinking 4 coffees a day and this product seems expensive at first glance but now I am never getting coffee on the go, which used to be my favorite treat, so it is saving me a fortune.

I decided on Super U after reading up on all aspects of the company and product. It's one of the best drinks I have ever tasted. No distinctive mushroom taste, just a lovely silky, smooth and subtle texture/flavour. I look forward to my Shroom coffee every morning now and there will be no going back.

2- Most negative effects I usually get in regularly coffee did not occur with Shroom.
3- The taste is close to regular coffee in my opinion. It’s not bad but nothing to write home about. It tastes and smells like coffee lol. I didn’t notice any special flavour.
4- Product is way over priced. I would pay more for this coffee because I hate the side effects I get with normal coffee but not at this price. I won’t be returning.

I can feel the natural release throughout the day which has made day to day life much easier. No jitters, no anxiety, just enjoyable steady, natural energy. Attempting to reduce my intake of caffeine and sugar so I thought why not give this new product a try. Firstly once opened the smell is of jar coffee
...with a hint of something else? not unpleasant just different. Taste is palatable ,has taken a few mornings to adjust however miss my expresso but will not return to bad habbits! Would I purchase again? Think the jury is still out due to having only just started drinking the product. Rather expensive but see the reason why ,we always pay a premium for things that are beneficial to our health!

As a health conscious person I have battled between the benefits of coffee & caffeine versus the unwanted anxiety, alertness and lack of sleep for
... some time. It's great to find an alternative that's lower in caffeine but naturally energising. I've replaced my morning and afternoon cuppas with shroom coffee and can honestly say it's not only effective and extremely good for you but incredibly tasty and satisfying. I feel more focused and find it easier to concentrate, not to mention feeling the benefits long after a conventional cuppa would have worn off and left me feeling tired and sluggish again. Bonus is that its all natural and better for my teeth compared with normal coffee, would thoroughly recommend!

This mushroom coffee although it's a bit pricy, but I love the taste and how it gives me that little kick without my body feeling bad.
