About Salus
Being aware of the spectrum of interacting nutrients found in fresh plants, the pharmacist Walther Schoenenberger developed a pressing method which extracts the full spectrum of active ingredients in a most biologically available form – the plant juice.
This is what makes Salus plant juices so unique – nothing has been taken away and no chemical additives such as preservatives or colourings nor sugar have been added. Therefore Salus fresh plant juices are ideal to help maintain the natural processes of the body and to promote well-being.
The superb quality of Salus fresh plant juices is further guaranteed by the use predominantly of organic or wild grown plants and herbs. Today the traditional organic cultivation procedures are constantly controlled to the new EU standards. In addition the Salus juices are subjected to the stringent quality standards of modern pharmaceutical science to ensure quality and purity at all times.
After over 90 years of research and production, Salus scientists know how to get the best out of working in harmony with nature; they know when the content of active ingredients is at its highest; and they know how to quickly and efficiently process their crops so that a finished product of outstanding quality and purity is consistently produced within 2–3 hours of harvesting.
