For a 25 day supply this is expensive! I found them to be quite strong, they certainly did alter my digestion for the first week. I am still adjusting

These probiotic supplements are high quality, easy to swallow and have no taste or flavour. They are really nicely packaged- kind of like tic tacs!

I do feel these are very expensive for the quantity and the benefits of probiotics can probably just as easily be gained from eating a natural live yoghurt.

The strength of the daily dose of 6 billion CFU (two capsules) is at the low end of the recommended daily dosage according to NHS guidelines. However,
... the ingredients would seem to be of good quality and include Fructo-oligosaccharides from natural plant sugars as a prebiotic (bacteria food) instead of the more commonplace Inulin. They are easy to swallow, have no discernable taste, and we have not experienced any unpleasant or unwanted side effects. We like the handy flip-top containers. We will see how we get on with taking these, but I have to say that they are quite expensive, especially for such a low dose, and with two of us taking two capsules per day, it works out at over £56 per month which is prohibitive, at least for us it is.
