This is a good value supplement from Solgar. Calcium is important for strong bones and this supplement is in a more bio-available form than the cheapo
... CaCO3 in many other brands. And it's accompanied by D3, which is also necessary for strong bones. But you also need magnesium and Vitamin K2. All are important. This one is great value for money, too, as there's almost 8 months' supply. Very pleased with this and Solgar is a well respected company, so the quality is assured.
