...ails grew and my skin felt plumped. I suffer from dry and sore eyes and this also went away while taking these tablets. The disadvantage is I noticed I suddenly had a lot of water retention! I won’t be taking these long term and have stopped them for now to see if it goes away.
The tablets are also quite large so if you can’t swallow big tablets then give this some thought. I might try just collagen without the Hyaluronic acid to see if the water retention gets better.
