Firstly these capsules are massive and there is no way the could be easily swallowed so I pull the capsules apart and pour the powder into my smoothie
... mix in the morning. There is no real taste in my banana and coconut smoothie so no problem there. Value for money is a given when this type of vitamin C is so important for ammunity.

As an alternative or in my case (an addition) to fruit and other sources of Vitamin C Solgar Ester-C is a must for those looking for healthy youthful
...skin, healthy eyes, bones etc. It also helps in the healing of wounds. This product is highly absorbable and non acidic which causes no problems with the stomach. It is a powerful antioxidant and manufactures collagen which naturally the body produces less of as we age. I have seen and felt a significant difference since taking Ester-C daily for four months 3 x 1000g daily. Be careful though! It can cause diahorria if taken too much. One a day to gradually introduce it to the body would be wise.
