I've found these zinc lozenges to be effective at stopping a sore throat. I haven't had a full on cold since taking these over the past two
...months. I've tried using other things like echinaca in the past but these seem to work much better. It definitely seems to help. After one tablet the sore throat seems to be reduced. Taste isn't that bad at all. Just don't take on an empty stomach.
