I have been with this supplement for 2 years now. Attempted to stop it 2X when I run out of this (forgot to buy) thinking maybe its a placebo effect.

I have had a knee problem since May 2017 and was struggling to run my usual 8/10K. I damaged my knee in preparation for a half marathon.
Since taking
... these everyday my knee has improved dramatically .I am now back to where I was before.
This isn't scientific evidence and my knee may have improved on its own but I feel there is a correlation.
