Don't really write reviews but thought I would if it could help someone. After using clomid for several months, couldn't get back to normal,
... always too dry... TMI sorry, but taking have the recommended dose I am so surprised at the results, I feel generally better too... Craving less than I used to. Stick in there though, it's taken 6 weeks, obviously you have to let your body get used to it, also like I said I am taking half the dose...

Superb for calming mental irritability! Works on GABA receptors and calms things down nicely. *Never take straight GABA supplements as the molecules a
...re to big to cross the blood brain barrier and sadly if you get an effect from them, you have a leaky brain! Scientists call this the ‘gaba Challenge’ to determine a leaky brain. Much better to take inositol and other supplements that do cross the BBB and work on GABA receptors better :) I also combine this with CDP Choline as they work well together

I use this for my PCOS symptoms - mostly acne and weight gain. I use it with a combination of N-acetylcysteine. I stopped taking it year ago because I
... noticed my skin cleared up and I lost weight. As soon as I stopped this combo, painful cystic acne came back and I gained 7 kilos. I'm back on it and can already notice a difference in my skin and my food cravings. It usually takes 3 months to appreciate the difference in skin and weight. I would post pics but don't want to expose how bad my face was. You should also try drinking spearmint tea as well. I think adding this to my daily routine really helped.

I have a severe case of pcos (polycystic ovaries), I did 7 rounds of ivf, all failed. My husband did loads of research and found this vitamin is defic
...ient in those with pcos. Within 1 month of taking this there was a huge difference. The next month I was pregnant after taking this for 1 month (I also took it throughout my pregnancy as this lowers chances of gestational diabetes). My son is now 5 months old.

After years of struggling with my periods I did some some research and figured I'd try myo-inositol instead of pumping my body with more medicati
...on. Within 2-3 months my cycle returned and has since been a completely normal 28-30 day cycle. The inositol was the only thing that I changed and for me it absolutely worked. It also helped a bit with my weight too.

I bought this product after reading online about pcos and thought I’d give it a try. I’ve noticed some improvements after a week or so of using it
.... I have more energy, craving food less but have yet to see if it regulates my cycles. The only down side is the capsules are only 500mcg so the bottle won’t last long if you want to take a 4000mcg dose and that would mean 8 tablets a day but I’m only taking 1000mcg and I’ve noticed a different already.

Very professional packaging and good quality.
However, I didn't take this product for long, as I believe it brought on a migraine (when I hadn

Please be wary if you too are sensitive and prone to migraines.

I can’t express enough how impressed I am with these. I have struggled with PCOS for years and all of it’s associated symptoms- including irregula
...r periods. On average I was having two periods a year and was really struggling with weight gain and excessive hair growth among other symptoms. Support and help from doctors was limited, their only solution was weight loss which was very unhelpful and I seemed to be stuck in an never ending cycle. I decided to do some research and many people recommended Inositol for PCOS, so I decided to give them a try. Since starting I have had successive periods and 30 day cycles- which hasn’t happened for as long as I can remember, my cycles usually reach over the 100 day mark. Highly recommend for anyone experiencing irregular periods - honestly it’s worth a try especially if you’re at your wits end have everything else has failed.
