These are perfect for me. I originally purchased to help with restless leg syndrome but they ended up helping me way more than I was expecting.

... ave used the pills for a number of weeks and the shooting electrical-feeling surges that I was getting in my right foot have thankfully stopped.
In addition to this these pills have helped me be more regular (from a digestive point of view). I could easily go 3 or 4 days without passing stools despite eating plenty of fiber and doing exercise but now I go every day which is a great feeling (sad I know..).
Perhaps the best benefit for me has been the improvement in my sleep. I have suffered for years on and off with poor sleep and struggling to feel tired when it comes to bed time and I now get to sleep much quicker. I used to dread bed time in case I didn't sleep but now I feel confident that I'll dose off OK and that is a wonderful feeling. -

I have suffered with horrendous dry eye for a few years now and it was making me utterly miserable. This condition has definitaly been hormone related but the other remedies aimed at balancing hormones only eased my dry eye symptoms slightly. Magnesium has pretty much eradicated my dry eye. If I miss a day or so I start feeling unwell again. I'm on a subscribe and save so that I'm never without again.
Not only has magnesuim helped with my dry eye but it's also improved my sleep. Before taking this, a day or so before a period I'd get insomnia where I'd wake in the small hours and not be able to get back to sleep. It has generally eased other discomforts associated with the monthly cycle.
I like this product as each tablet contains 200mg, as compared to other brands which go with a far lower dose. I understand the reason most brands pitch their dose lower is because a high level of magnesium can cause diarohea. I think the rda for adults is in the region of 400-500mg depending if make/female/pregnant/level of deficiency. I've never found this a problem, in fact I usually struggle with the opposite problem so it would be a bonus anyway!
In short, great product for me and I would highly recommend to anybody suffering with similar issues to mine. -

The formula and strength is ideal and Solgar is a high quality brand, so pleased to get it at a good price. Only downside is the size of the capsules;
... they are huge but can easily be snapped in half for digestion. Magnesium seems to be helping with my water retention and helps me get restful night's sleep when taken with chromium picolinate. Be cautious of dosage as gives me very loose bowels the next morning! -
