... and not individual b vitamins. My mouth was super dry due to the low B6 and I craved ice all the time. ...evels. The B vitamins are a great all rounder for health but certainly good for stamina as well. We all know how valuable vitamin C is for immune systems and this high dose will boost me throughout winter. I didn't want higher levels of Vitamin incase I became so energised I wouldn't relax down at the end of the day and not sleep well. Solar has the minimum of additives and fillers so more room for beneficial vitamins. I felt the benefit after only 2 weeks and won't be stopping them in the future that's for sure.
