...evels. The B vitamins are a great all rounder for health but certainly good for stamina as well. We all know how valuable vitamin C is for immune systems and this high dose will boost me throughout winter. I didn't want higher levels of Vitamin incase I became so energised I wouldn't relax down at the end of the day and not sleep well. Solar has the minimum of additives and fillers so more room for beneficial vitamins. I felt the benefit after only 2 weeks and won't be stopping them in the future that's for sure.

I purchased this product due to being run down and b vitamins all super low. I read if you are low on b vitamins then it's best to take a complex
... and not individual b vitamins. My mouth was super dry due to the low B6 and I craved ice all the time. Just after 2 days of taking one tablet a day I noticed a difference so for me these are exceptional. I always buy solgar - they even have a helpline number for UK residents and are super helpful.

This has nothing that will sedate you, such as high niacinamide, high b-6, and
... high pantothenic acid.
It DOES have a small, perfect amount of real niacin, which brightens my mood and relaxes me!
Finally, it has sufficient thiamine and riboflavin to provide non-stimulating energy and relaxed, stress resistance.
Many b-comp products bother my stomach, but this doesn't. I plan to take 2x per day.
