I was put on this vitamin by my doc, as apparently I do not absorb enough of it from sun light...many people apparently have the same problem. I was h
...aving problems finding it locally where I live, so I looked online and there it was. It is important once one has been put on some supplement to stick with the brand that you have been put on as despite descriptions the dosage/mg does vary with different producers. And I did not want to have to go through the process of having more blood tests to check on my levels.
So thank you to this company for having what I want and posting to Ireland. Oh and the service was great and speedy too. So a really reliable and speedy company to deal with no mater what supplement you may find yourself in need of.
I shall be ordering more soon as am on them permanently.
The only thing I would like to ask the company is..could you please package the pot of capsules in a small padded envelope, as the last lot I got were rather overly packaged and it took me 5 minutes to unwrap them!
