Together Men’s Multi is made from whole food, ocean source and plant-based ingredients. Our bodies absorb vitamins and minerals better when they’re in a whole food form - this also makes them gentler on the stomach.
All food-based ingredients are raw and complete. Using carefully-controlled low-heat conditions, we preserve all the naturally occurring goodness you find in fresh foods, like live enzymes and phytonutrients, amino acids, trace minerals and other bioactive co-factors. The also include natural ocean-derived magnesium from the deep waters off Iceland and Vitamin D3 from sustainably grown wild lichen.

Directions for use: Take one capsule daily as a food supplement with or without food.
