It contains all eight essential B vitamins complete with naturally occuring live enzymes and phytonutrients, amino acids, trace minerals and other bioactive co-factors for improved absorption. The formula also includes folic acid in folate form, Highly absorbed and safe B12 form and citrus fruit based vitamin C with naturally occuring bioflavonoids.
