This multi therapeutic formula contains 8 active ingredients to help you stay calm including Lemon balm (also known as Melissa) which aids with relaxation and decreases tension, Passion flower which supports calmness and helps increase the body’s resistance to stress, Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal function of the nervous system by being involved in the production of GABA – the calming hormone which is especially beneficial in periods of stress and depression,Royal jelly is a nutrient rich food usually fed to bee larvae to make them into a queen Bee and provides may nutrients for the equilibrium of the body.Rhodiola is an adaptogen and works with the body to balance its functions, and may increase resistance to physical and environmental stress, which can lead to improved anxiety and moods.
Finally, we have included lions mane mushroom and vitamin B5 to also aid with normal mental performance. The highest quality ingredients are selected for our research-based approach to health. Benefits build up over time to support ongoing mental performance, however even after the first dose this product can be effective.
