Step 1 - Cleanse and tone your face, and pat dry.
Step 2 - Apply a generous amount to the face 10 minutes before exposure to the sun, for daily use.
Step 3 - Reapply regularly, every two hours throughout the day. This is especially important after swimming or exercise.
