How to use the Vichy Capital Soleil Hydrating Solar Protective Water SPF50:
Step 1 - Apply liberally to face and body 10 minutes before exposure to the sun. For daily use.
Step 2 - Reapply regularly throughout the day, every 2 hours, especially after swimming and exercise.
