This supplement features a higher level of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) to aid in the reduction of tiredness. B complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 & B12) contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function and mental performance, energy-yielding metabolism, the regulation of hormonal activity, the functioning of the immune, cardio and nervous systems and the maintenance of normal skin, mucous membranes, vision and red blood cells. That's what happened to me after only four days taking this supplement. I have never had these problems before and now, even if I stopped taking it, the anxiety is still there and I haven't yet found a way to get rid of it.
I would suggest asking your practitioner if you need this supplement before you take it.
