- Allergy Warning: Do not use if allergic to Arnica montana, birch pollen, other species of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family, or any other ingredients.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Avoid Broken Skin: Do not apply to broken, irritated, or damaged skin.
- Children: Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
