...ast feeding, I can't take the normal pick me ups. To be honest, I can't say the elixir made much difference. It is very sweet, but has a reasonable taste. The serving suggestion reads to mix as a drink, but I found it quicker and more palatable to take a spoonful. You do have to take a large amount too, do the bottle doesn't last too long. I've decided to save it till I feel a cold coming on.

I thought this elixir did have an especially deep flavour but in many ways was very similar to other sweet organic cordials on the market. I took mine
... as a warm drink, which did taste comforting but I'm not sure it did anything special. The glass bottle was lovely but it meant at times the thick elixir took a long time to come out. In the future if in need of an immune boosting tonic, I personally will opt for elderberries over blackthorn. Nonetheless a great syrup to try!

He even sleeps through the night from 9:30pm to 5am (not sure if it's related to using the Elixir or he is just an easy baby). I started using it from 3 weeks old and he is now 8 weeks and I use it everyday. I intend to continue using it until I start weaning. The Jungle Juice is so refreshing and I feel calm, happy, healthy and full of energy.
