...efore starting taking these supplements my breast milk supply was low and had to top up with formula for my baby but now, I no longer use formula for baby and my breaks milk supply has increase. If I miss taking them one day, I can sure tell that milk supply is less than when taking supplements. The only downside of taking them is that due to iron ingredient it gives me troubles with bowel movement but can be manageable through diet. Overall I am very pleased with these supplements.
